Produced following a traditional recipe of cold maceration of indigenous aromatic herbs from Galicia, highlighting anise, camomile, mint, rosemary, coriander, cinnamon, liquorice,...

Tasting Notes: Light yellow color with golden glints, clean and bright. Floral and balsamic aromas from the macerated herbs. On the palete it is smooth, soft with a lovely natural sweetness.
